Fine jewellery brand P N Gadgil & Sons has expanded its bridal jewellery offering for the Spring 2024 season and launched its ‘Temple Jewellery Collection’. The brand also partnered with actress Hruta Durgule to launch a campaign for the collection.
“We are thrilled to introduce our temple jewellery collection, which is a fusion of heritage and innovation,” said P N Gadgil & Sons’ COO and CFO Aditya Modak in a press release. “Our collection offers the perfect blend of tradition and modernity with the upcoming wedding season. We are excited to present famed actor Hruta Durgule as the face of our campaign, embodying the grace and elegance synonymous with our brand.”
The temple jewellery line has been manufactured using the ‘electroforming’ technique with the aim of mixing aesthetics and comfort, according to the business. Designed to appeal to modern brides who wish to mix both tradition and modernity, the collection is detailed and lightweight. The lighter weight of the gold, enabled through electroforming, also makes the collection more affordable than many traditional gold pieces, which may appeal to shoppers while the price of gold remains high.
P N Gadgil & Sons reported a turnover of Rs 10,000 crore in 2023. The business expects to see a 12% increase in revenue in the 2025 financial year and plans to continue to expand its brick-and-mortar footprint across India.
